WELDED ALUMINIUM FRAME SYSTEM
Glass infill, glass can be positioned on the outside of the post, in between, or on the inside.
- TOP RAIL: Half round for better graspability and avoiding water and snow buildup.
- POST: 38X50 mm welded to a base plate and reinforced with a corner stiffener on the inside. Wall thickness 3 mm. Maximum spacing 1200 mm c-c
- GLASS TREATMENT: It can be tempered glass, heat soaked tempered glass or heat strengthened laminated glass
- COLOR of the glass: Glass available in clear, light gray and bronze color
- OPTIONAL GLASS: Supergray, frosted and other special colors
- PVC GASKITIES: It is used on the top and bottom channel to prevent the glass from moving, rating and bending.
- ANCHORS: Anchors to be stainless steel, 12 mm in diameter and minimum embedement of 85 mm.
- ADHESIVE: Adhesive to be used HILTI chemical adhesive system HY 200 OR EPCON acrylic epoxy anchoring system
